I had workshops class for 5 weeks. We had useful and funy class, and I learned more inforrmation from our
instructors. For first thing I have learned about prevent diabetes is more activity and healty foods. For example, we can walk every day and we chose green vegetables and less fat products milk and use herbal oil. For second, avoid to smoking and stress. Finally, avoid to more suger. For example, we can drink tea or coffee with natural honey. In conclusion, we should try before prepare any food, attention to nutrition facts. For example, when we go shopping for buy something, we read this product, how much has fat or another nutrition facts.
